DynamOx is a proprietary system for efficiently delivering extremely large amounts of oxygen into waste streams without loss through bubbles; dissolving up to 880 mg/l of oxygen. The oxygen rich water remains stable, odor-free, and biologically available with virtually NO off gassing. This allows superior odor control as anaerobic wastewater can instantly shift to an aerobic state without “stripping” noxious gases from the waste stream. All of the oxygen is available for rapid BOD, ammonia, and phosphorous reduction. Standard systems are available in several sizes, delivering up to 60 #/hr of oxygen with electrical consumption of less than 0.25 kw-hr per pound of oxygen delivered. Systems are compact, easy to install and operate, and offer field proven reliability.
The DynamOx control system is a state of the art, internet interfaced system that provides superior control and worry free monitoring. The operation is monitored both by DynamOx personnel and the responsible individuals at our client’s facilities. Operating parameters and alarms are defined when the system is installed. When the system is operating outside of the predetermined parameters, an alarm is sent to the responsible individuals by text message and e-mail. That individual can access the machine on the internet and review the operating history, and make the appropriate modifications on-line. Often there is no need to visit the plant to make the required operating changes.
