When something goes wrong with your DynamOx
or your wastewater process, you are notified immediately
- day or night. Different alarms can be sent to
different individual (e.g. Low oxygen supply and
no oxygen can be e-mailed and texted messages directly
to your oxygen supplier) If the problem could destroy
the DynamOx, the unit shuts down in an orderly manner
and forwards appropriate information to you, the
operations staff, and the technicians at DynamOx.
The text messages and e-mails contain enough information
to anticipate what went wrong. Accessing the system
over the internet tells even more. Most alarms are
simple to remedy (inadvertent valve closures, frozen
supply lines, exhausted oxygen supply); others require
more detailed analysis. Your DynamOx team can identify
most problems using the internet connection but
are also available for site visits when the challenges
are more difficult to diagnose.
