An industrial landfill had invested millions of dollars on wastewater treatment equipmentfor addressing BOD and ammonia yet still had problems achieving discharge limits. The process relied on surface aerators for oxygen addition. DynamOx was given the opportunity to demonstart a different (and much more successful) approach. DynamOx first demonstrated
that the aeqous oxygen was availible to the biology.
Using only 7 gallons per minute of supersaturated
leachate, DynamOx was able to supersatuatre the
entire primary clarification tank in less than four
hours.
